Lead Hazard Reduction Program
Funding is available to reduce lead paint hazards in homes built before 1978! This program is available for low-income families who have a child under the age of 6 years old, a pregnant woman, or where a child under 6 years old spends time.
Birth Certificates & Death Certificates
Looking for an Ohio birth or death certificate? You can order one through Hamilton County Public Health!

Lost your COVID-19 vaccine card? If you were vaccinated in the state of Ohio, Hamilton County Public Health will replace your card for free.
